At the City Council meeting on October 16, 2018, the City Council approved and authorized the City Manager to execute an agreement with True North Research to conduct a community opinion survey.
Among other things, a community opinion survey helps identify key issues of importance for residents as well as measures residents' overall satisfaction with the City's efforts to provide municipal services.
This community opinion survey is divided into two phases. Phase 1 included a statistical survey that was administered to a random sample of residents between November 28 and December 16, 2018. Phase 2 is a mailed postcard to all La Palma residents seeking input and feedback on a variety of important issues that impact La Palma's quality of life.
Residents will start receiving community survey postcards after January 23, 2019. The postcard contains information on how to take the survey, including a unique passcode that can only be used once by one household to take the survey. We ask that you please complete the survey by Sunday, February 10, 2019.
